Anti-Spam Policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026
CORLIN maintains a zero-tolerance approach to spam. Customers must use CORLIN only for legitimate, relevant, business-to-business outreach that complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
1. Legitimate outreach only
Customers are responsible for ensuring that every campaign has a lawful basis, an appropriate business purpose, accurate sender identity, and a relevant audience. Campaigns must not be deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading.
Messages should be personalized, proportionate, and respectful. Customers must not use CORLIN to send unsolicited bulk messages to irrelevant audiences or to circumvent consent, opt-out, or platform requirements.
2. Required campaign practices
Customers must honor opt-out requests, maintain suppression lists where appropriate, avoid prohibited content, use truthful subject lines and sender details, and comply with rules that apply to email, LinkedIn, and any other connected channels.
Customers must not upload purchased, scraped, or unlawfully obtained lists unless they can demonstrate a lawful basis and the right to use those records for business outreach.
3. Enforcement
CORLIN may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or campaigns that appear to create spam risk, legal risk, security risk, platform-abuse risk, or reputational harm.
Customers remain responsible for their own campaign content, target selection, compliance decisions, and the consequences of their outreach activity.
