Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy explains the general billing, cancellation, and refund principles for CORLIN subscriptions and CORLIN+ managed services unless a signed order form or commercial proposal states otherwise.
1. Billing
CORLIN platform pricing starts at 99 USD per month for one connected LinkedIn account. Two to four connected LinkedIn accounts receive a 20% per-account discount, and five or more connected LinkedIn accounts receive a 30% per-account discount.
Taxes, payment method fees, currency conversion charges, and third-party service charges may apply where relevant. CORLIN+ pricing is provided through a custom sales consultation because the service scope depends on goals, markets, accounts, and managed workload.
2. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation according to the applicable subscription process, order form, or written agreement. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past periods already delivered or reserved.
Customers should export needed data before cancellation or service termination where the platform makes export available.
3. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on the subscription terms, managed-service scope, unused prepaid periods, technical availability, mandatory law, and any signed commercial agreement.
CORAI may review refund requests in good faith where there is a documented billing error, duplicated charge, or service issue that could not be reasonably resolved.
