1. No guaranteed outcomes
Outbound performance depends on many factors outside CORLIN’s control, including offer quality, market fit, audience selection, message quality, sender reputation, connected-platform behavior, legal restrictions, and customer execution.
CORLIN and CORLIN+ may support better process discipline and optimization, but they do not guarantee replies, meetings, revenue, platform acceptance, account safety, or any specific commercial result.
2. Third-party platforms and compliance
CORLIN is independent and is not endorsed by or connected to LinkedIn Corporation or any other social media platform. Third-party platforms may change rules, interfaces, limits, availability, or enforcement practices at any time.
Customers are responsible for their own legal compliance, campaign approvals, connected accounts, data usage, and communication practices.
3. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORLIN and CORAI are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, platform, connected services, campaigns, or managed-service recommendations.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
