Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CORLIN website, platform, related services, documentation, and any agreed CORLIN+ managed services. By accessing or using CORLIN, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. If you use CORLIN on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.
You are responsible for ensuring that your organization permits the use of CORLIN, the connection of relevant accounts, and the processing of any data you provide to the platform.
2. Platform access and acceptable use
CORLIN may be used to manage business outreach workflows, prospecting campaigns, reply handling, data enrichment, analytics, and related integrations. You must use CORLIN only in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, connected platform rules, and any order or service description agreed with CORAI.
You must not reverse engineer the service, attempt unauthorized access, overload the platform, interfere with security controls, misuse data, impersonate others, run unlawful campaigns, or use CORLIN in a way that creates legal, reputational, or technical risk.
3. Accounts, connected services, and customer content
You are responsible for your login credentials, authorized users, connected accounts, campaign content, uploaded data, integration settings, and instructions given to CORLIN or the CORLIN+ team.
CORLIN is not an official LinkedIn product and is not endorsed by or connected to LinkedIn Corporation or any other social media platform. Customers are responsible for complying with the rules of all connected third-party services.
4. Fees, changes, and suspension
Fees are described on the pricing page, order form, or commercial proposal. CORLIN may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or platform where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, product development, or business reasons.
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security concerns, suspected abuse, legal risk, violation of these terms, or misuse of the platform.
5. Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability
CORLIN, CORAI, their software, designs, documentation, marks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Customers retain rights in their lawful content and data, subject to the permissions necessary to provide the service.
CORLIN is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without a guarantee that any particular campaign result, reply rate, meeting volume, revenue outcome, or platform availability level will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the applicable commercial agreement and mandatory law.
