Keep It Short, Make It Relevant
The biggest mistake people make with cold email is treating it like a brochure. Your goal is not to sell your product; your goal is to sell a meeting. Make sure you also maintain strong cold email deliverability so your message is actually seen.
1. The Subject Line
Keep it under 4 words. Make it sound like an internal email. Good: "Question about [Company] outreach" Bad: "Increase your sales by 300% with our revolutionary software!"
2. The Hook (Personalization)
The first sentence must prove you aren't a robot. Mention a recent post, a company milestone, or a shared connection. CORLIN's AI generates these automatically, leveraging AI in sales prospecting.
3. The Value Prop
One sentence explaining how you solve a specific problem they likely have. Use metrics if possible.
4. The Call to Action (CTA)
Ask for interest, not time. Good: "Open to learning more?" Bad: "Can we schedule a 30-minute demo on Tuesday at 2 PM?"
